On the second floor of a nondescript Minneapolis office complex, an NFL player, an amateur swimmer and a grandmother do five minute wall sits as trainer Tram Holloway zaps them with electricity and laughs.
In the adjoining room, Branden Johnson guides clients into the “cryosauna” — to be frozen to -265 degrees Fahrenheit in liquid nitrogen vapor for up to three minutes.
Johnson, 33, a former minor-league basketball player, founded and owns The Locker, located at 3260 W. Lake St. near Lake Calhoun. Holloway handles what he calls “energetic resonance training.”
